Most recently, she served as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, leading commercial strategy, sales & marketing, operational excellence, and digital adoption initiatives.

Her expertise in scaling businesses and fostering high-performing teams is instrumental in Novus’ next phase of growth. Claire's passion is building cultures that champion thinking differently and bringing everyone on the journey, under the mantra that what got us here, won't get us there.

Chris Williams

Managing Partner

Chris has a 20 year track record in helping enterprises & brands to innovate and adopt emerging technologies to drive through complex transformation and change programmes.
Chris works alongside executive teams at an advisory level, or at an implementation level to help organisations accelerate digital initiatives and transformations.
Chris specialises in integrating business and IT by developing effective agile teams that create new digital services and/or businesses, driving business transformations. Utilising Novus’s capability audits and maturity assessment he pinpoints the frameworks and guidelines needed to transform and succeed in the quickly evolving digital world.

Pete Gatenby

Pete is an experienced management and digital consultant - having led teams across Europe and the Americas for the last 10 years.
Having vast experience across digital (from product and team operations, to marketing) - he cuts to team mission to establish the key steps to success ensuring successful delivery. He specialises in complex internal and external environments to pave a clear pathway of activity.
Pete has a proven track record in delivering large transformations and product initiatives for, with and on-behalf of multi-national complex organisations - across Financial Services, FMCG, retail and the medical space.
